What is the return policy?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Where are the sales?
Often sales are used as a sneaky tactic to dupe customers who think they are saving big. We don't do fake sales at Jimik. Instead we keep our margins low, allowing for low prices year round.
When will I get my order?
Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days. Shipping time depends on your location:
Australia, US, UK, EU: 3–8 business days
Other regions: 5–15 business days

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are fully covered by Jimik. We do this to keep prices consistent and ensure you don’t have to worry about surprise fees at checkout.
Where are your products manufactured?
We partner with a network of trusted local print shops around the world. Your order is produced at the facility closest to your delivery address, helping reduce shipping time, support local businesses, and lower environmental impact.
How should I care for my print?
To keep your artwork looking its best, avoid hanging in direct sunlight or humid environments. Handle with clean hands, and frame behind glass or acrylic for added protection.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Since every print is produced specifically for you, all sales are considered final. Refunds and cancellations are not available once an order has been sent to production. Exceptions are made only for damaged, defective, or misprinted items.
Do the prints come framed?
No — to keep costs affordable and ensure safe delivery, all prints are shipped unframed. This also lets you choose a frame style that best suits your space.
