Jimik operates an online store selling custom-printed posters. All products are printed on demand via Gelato, our integrated production and fulfilment partner.

  • Orders are processed and printed after purchase confirmation; cancellations may not be possible once printing has started.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in your local currency, based on the country from which you are ordering.

  • Prices include applicable taxes and fees where required by law.

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other approved payment providers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Production Time: Most posters are printed within 1–3 business days.

  • Estimated Shipping Times: Delivery depends on the destination and chosen shipping method. Approximate shipping times are:

    • Australia: Standard 2–4 business days, Express 1–2 business days

    • United States: Standard 5–10 business days, Express 3–5 business days

    • United Kingdom & Europe: Standard 3–7 business days, Express 2–4 business days

    • Other International: Standard 7–14 business days, Express 5–10 business days

  • Shipping times may vary due to customs, local postal services, or other unforeseen delays.

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated based on delivery location and selected shipping method at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • All posters are made-to-order; we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders are eligible for replacement or refund per our Return & Refund Policy.
