At Jimik, we strive to deliver high-quality, custom-made posters you’ll love. Our posters are produced on demand through our trusted print partner, Gelato, so each piece is crafted specifically per order.
Quality Guarantee
If your poster arrives defective, damaged, or not as ordered (e.g., incorrect quantity), please contact us within 30 days of receipt with a clear photo of the issue. If Gelato's quality assurance team validates your claim, we will:

Provide a refund, if a replacement is not feasible or if you’d prefer not to wait.
Please note: Color variations arising from print processes—due to factors like machine differences, paper type, humidity, or machine maintenance—are considered within acceptable tolerances and are not covered under this guarantee.
Lost, Returned, or Unclaimed Orders

Lost in Transit: If your order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll arrange a replacement order.

Returned to Sender: If a delivery is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal by the recipient, or being unclaimed, please place a new order. Contact us so we can arrange a refund of the product price—though you'll still need to cover shipping for the new order.
